Yes. Your posts and replies never show your name, photo, or any identifying information. You choose a nickname at registration — that's all anyone sees. Your full name is collected for safety purposes only and is never displayed publicly.

Your post is visible to everyone in the feed (anonymously). Replies to your post are visible only to you until you choose to publish them. Private messages and threads are visible only to you and the person you're talking with.

Vent — say what's on your mind. Secret — something you've been carrying. Guidance — ask for perspective. Find a Friend — describe who you're looking for. Share a Win — something worth saying out loud.

After you post, you can start a private AI conversation about what you shared. Choose a confidant — Old Friend, Therapist, Coach, Mentor, or Stranger. Each confidant has a different voice and approach. These conversations are completely private and never shown to other users. AI responses are not professional advice.

Every post, reply, and message has a ⋯ menu with Report and Block options. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. When you block someone, you won't see their posts, replies, or messages, and they can't contact you. You can manage blocked users from your Profile.

When someone replies to your post, you can reply back to them directly. If they reply again, a private thread opens between you in the Friends tab. No mutual confirmation required — just two people choosing each other.

When someone replies to your post, only you can see it by default. You can optionally 'Share to pool' — this makes the reply visible to other people who also replied to the same post. It's optional and you can unpublish at any time.

Yes. Any content that suggests a crisis situation is flagged and the app redirects to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — free, confidential, available 24/7. Call or text 988.
